Direct Sales Manger
Salary £23,690 base salary with OTE of £45k
Work Schedule: 37.5 hrs per week (9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday)
Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced and top-performing Direct Sales Advisor to join our team.
Your role will be all about delivering exceptional service to our customers, creating meaningful connections, and bringing in new business by cross-selling multiple utilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Cross selling multiple utilities and additional products
- Using our custombuilt system to generate quotations to new and existing customers
- Dealing with a high volume of outbound and inbound calls to customers
- Accurately inputting outcomes to Sales Force CRM
- Offering quotations to business customers and closing business
- Objection handling
- Listening to the customers' needs
- Assisting where possible with the customers queries
- Managing and prioritising workload on a daily basis to ensure high levels of effective productivity
- Any other duties reasonable expected of you within your role
