Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Responding to incoming calls and making outbound calls, always providing excellent customer service.
Scheduling appointments and managing calendars efficiently, ensuring optimal time management.
Accurate data entry and management of various office databases and systems.
Organising and maintaining physical and digital files and documents.
Monitoring and replenishing office supplies to ensure seamless operations.
Greeting and assisting visitors, creating a positive and welcoming environment.

Qualifications:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to resolve customer enquiries and officerelated challenges.
Prior experience providing administrative assistance and customer service is advantageous.
Ability to handle financial transactions and perform basic data analysis.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
