Responsibilities:

Full 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant role supplying temporary or permanent workers into the Road Haulage and Distribution markets
Business development via marketing techniques, sales/cold calls and networking to gain new business
Exceed sales targets and weekly branch budgets
Building relationships with clients through understanding of recruitment needs.
Account management
Ensuring clients are well serviced and maintained
Arranging meetings with new and existing clients
Matching workers to vacancies
Rotating on call duties required

Technical Knowledge / Qualifications:

Successful business development skills
Account management

Proven record of success in B2B
Excellent level of customer service
Must be articulate and enthusiastic
A selfstarter with the desire to progress within their career
Minimum 2 years' experience working in recruitment/ recruitment agency is essential for the role.
2 years' experience working within Industrial, or Transport Recruitment is desirable
Own transport is essential for this role
