Property Administrator
Alrewas / Orgreave

09:00 - 17:00 (Monday to Friday)

up to £25,000 per year (negotiable DOE)


PERMANENT OPPORTUNITY

The company:

Our client is a well established Staffordshire based, privately owned group of property and trading companies. The Group also consists of a rural estate and trading businesses.

Responsibilities:


  • All admin duties within the department
  • Working with the head of property to produce reports
  • Taking minutes at property meetings
  • Produce and distribute meeting packs, typed agenda and minutes
  • Liaising with the accounts department for invoicing
  • Liaising with energy broker when energy contracts are up for renewal
  • Liaising with letting agents to discuss and arrange marketing
  • Set up appointments for head of property
  • Liaising with Head of Agriculture for license and lease renewals
  • Maintain electronic records up to date on the property management system (Released)

Technical Knowledge / Qualifications:


  • Experience within Lettings or property is essential
  • Excellent administrative skills, including a professional telephone manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Able to demonstrate good organisational skills.
  • Own transport is essential due to location
