Small Works Project Manager

Suffolk

£32,000 - £36,000


We are working with a excellent client who are looking for a Small works Project Manager to join their Estates team, delivering multiple projects across the site.

What will you responsibilities be?

  • Overseeing all inhouse small projects ensuring that these are managed from conception to completion
  • Along with smaller works you will liaise with the estates team on large projects that are in the pipeline ensuring that these are scoped out and delivered on budget and in time
  • You will be over seeing and managing the CAD system using this to produce detailed drawings carrying out the drawing service for construction, alteration and renovation projects
  • You will support with the projects procurement of services in the area of project management
  • Maintaining the sites records and ensure processes are followed and recorded
  • You will be working closely with the estates team and working on the strategy and masterplan
  • Ensuring that all H&S and compliance is adhered too
  • You will work with and alongside subcontractors, Quantity Surveyors, and planning teams

What will you require ?

  • Previous experience within a similar role ideally within the built environment and experiences with Facilities Management
  • Member of a relevant professional body such as IWFM, RICS and a Health and Safety qualifications NEBOSH
  • Educated to a degree level highly desirable or to a ONC/OND level
  • Must be proficient using CAD and broad knowledge of statutory requirement
  • Strong leaderships skills, organised and confident dealing with subcontractors and trades on site
