Fleet contracts lead

Salary:
£30,000 - £35,000


A brilliant opportunity to develop your leadership ability, as the Fleet & Contracts Lead you will be instrumental to the wider business and the 'go to' person for all fleet & contract queries.

You have a proactive approach to your work, enjoy building relationships, you manage expectations through clear communication and strive to positively influence those around you.


You will effectively manage working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and see the fleet contract process through from beginning to end.


Key Responsibilities:

Relationship management - manage the relationship between the Contracted Services Department and the National Fleet Key Account Managers, in both Sales and the Services Department.

Delivery - delivery of National Fleet Repair & Maintenance tender pricing exercises, to ensure that all R&M and Service requirements are met and fully understood.

Extensions and Renewals - pro-actively managing the requested extensions and renewals of our National Fleet R&M and Service contracts portfolio, working closely with our internal National Fleet and Service Managers to understand customer needs.

Reporting - producing monthly National Fleet reports along with the billing and tracking of any associated invoices and revenues.

Forecasting - providing forecast reporting to our National Service managers, with a view to help reduce any future excess charges.

Administration - managing the administration process associated with amending National Fleet customer contracts to support changes with Annual Distance, operation types and extension dates.

David has been working for Scania for 4 years, he is the Contracts Administrations Manager, and he is looking for someone to join his team who is proactive, influential, able to build relationships across the organisation and ultimately be the 'go to' person for all fleet and contract queries.
