Head of Customer Workshop Services

Salary:
Starting at £69,000 plus excellent benefits package


Responsibilities:


  • Define and implement Customer Workshop Service's strategy
  • Manage all CWS contractual obligations to mitigate any financial or performance risks
  • Ensure customer specific compliance processes and standards are rigorously applied
  • Ensure consistently high SHE standards are applied and proactively managed
  • Ensure compliance to customer specific SHE Policy & Procedure
  • Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping are consistently applied across all locations
  • Deliver high quality maintenance standards in line with customer expectations and the Scania brand
  • Implement metrics and KPIs to ensure the efficiency and commercial viability of each VMU operation
  • Creation of sitespecific financial business plans
  • Ensure all CWS operations achieve their annual business plans
  • Define and implement standard operating processes across the CWS operations
