    Applications are invited for an experienced professional to join the University as our Employee Engagement Lead.

    Having embarked on a program of change with a recently refreshed five-year People Strategy , this is an exciting time to become part of the Organisational and Staff Development Services Team (OSDS). The role covers the full employee journey with a strategic delivery of internal employee engagement. You will understand what methods best drive sustained, impactful engagement in the workplace, how these can be measured and what actions will improve continuous engagement. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and growing engagement strategies for our university.

    You will be an experienced engagement professional who is a highly skilled communicator, with a demonstrable record in delivering impactful engagement programmes that translate into enhancing the employee journey. Having operated and influenced at a senior management level, you will provide service credibility via your up-to-date specialist knowledge and practices. An ability to exploit digital media, applications and data to make you an influencer, your people and project management skills are essential. However, it is your extensive specialised expertise and exposure in Communications and how to integrate employee experience with Organisational Development that will set you apart.
