Once you're logged in, head over to your photo icon in the top right corner. Click on "Settings". Then, you'll see the option "Delete account".

Click on it and your account will be deleted.

You can unsubscribe from alerts in a few ways:

1. Through the alert emails you get:

At the bottom of each email, you'll see "Unsubscribe from this alert" for a specific alert you don't want anymore or "Stop receiving alerts" to stop all active alerts.

2. Through beBee:

- Click on your image in the top right corner.

- Go to "Settings"

- Click on "Communications"

- Click on "Email Alerts/Edit"

- Click on "Delete my email alerts"

Additional info:

- "Unsubscribe from this alert" will only remove the specific alert you don't want anymore.

- "Stop receiving alerts" will unsubscribe you from all alerts you have active with beBee.

- You can also unsubscribe from alerts by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any beBee email.

Yep, in most cases. You can apply for thousands of job offers posted on our platform for free, especially those from other sites (aggregators).

However, some exclusive jobs, marked as "Premium" or "Direct", are part of the perks of our beBee Premium service and need an active subscription to access them.

You can toggle communications on or off based on what you want to be notified about.

Nope, you can't send your resume to beBee via email.

We have job openings where you can upload your resume to apply directly. We recommend uploading your CV in PDF format for these offers.

In your profile, you can create your professional profile by sharing your experience, education, and achievements, along with any other relevant info.

For some applications, beBee will let you send your resume through our platform.

Your beBee profile is always public. When you create a profile on beBee, some info you share is always public.

Your profile includes your username, profile picture, details about your professional background, social media (if you choose to link or share them), and cover photo.

This info helps you connect with other professionals. You can check all this info in the privacy section of beBee here: beBee Privacy Section

To remove your image from beBee, you need to do the following:

Unsubscribe as a user from the page.

Send an email to support asking for the removal of the URL with your info from the search engine. From beBee, we'll make the technical request to ask for its removal from the relevant search engine.

Keep in mind that once you delete your profile, we no longer host your info.

Remember that all search engines take time to update this info.

beBee doesn't affect your hiring process. The company handling the process will give you all the details about your application.

We don't want any fraudulent or abusive content. That's why you can always report any post where you think the authenticity rule is being broken, indicating the reason.

You can also reach out to our support email, where our team will review the reports as soon as possible.

Yep, beBee provides services in over 50 countries worldwide. You can check the countries where we're present on our website.

You can manage your alerts from the main beBee page if you're a user. At the bottom of the page, you'll see your alerts.

You can unsubscribe from them or modify the keywords or locations. You can also edit and delete them from the profile settings page or from the same email where you got the offer.

If you have any issues, feel free to contact our support team.

If you're a beBee user and forgot your password, from the main page you will have the following options:

- "I forgot my password", where you'll get an email with instructions to follow.

- "Magic link", where you'll receive a link to access beBee directly.

If you have any issues, you can reach out to our support team and we'll help you as soon as possible.

The beBee support service is available for handling complaints from Monday to Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and on Fridays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (local time in Spain). Depending on the nature of the complaint, the response time may take up to a maximum of 72 business hours. Customer service won't be available during public holidays in Spain. Additionally, instructions for canceling the premium service are always available on the user's website, allowing them to cancel independently at any time, according to the instructions provided there.

There's no beBee app. beBee is a service that's only available through the web.
