Hayward Hawk Professional Services is a leading provider of manufacturing support services to the global automotive industry. Our products are used in the production of car bodies, engine parts and transmission components.
Job Description:
HAYWARD HAWK are working on behalf of a recognised organisation who provide a variety of construction / engineering services across NI, ROI & UK in their search for an Accounts Administrator to join their County Down office
The role
You will work alongside the finance team in Camlough where you will become an integral part of the team.
The Duties
- Code, process and file high volumes of purchase invoices for multiple suppliers
- Check and reconcile supplier statements
- Raise credit queries
- Liaising with heads of departments and external suppliers
- Processing of customer invoices and receipts to the Sales Ledger
- Processing invoices to other Group companies and agreeing month end balances
- Analysis and posting of employee expenses
- Assist in the production of weekly and monthly reports
- Assist in the preparation of year end audit files for the company
- Undertaking a variety of administrative tasks
- Undertake any reasonable duties as requested by management
- Previous experience working in a fast pace environment, with a track record of process a high volume of invoices
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in excel
- Attention to detail

Salary:
£20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Camlough: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
