Role Purpose
We are looking for a marketer with energy, drive, and passion.

To be part of our team your communication skills must be your biggest selling point, you will need to be able to create solid stakeholder relationships, challenge the strategic plan at all levels across the business and be able to work with the team to create desirable messages for the business units we work together with.

The workload is demanding, we work at a pace supporting the UK business, but with such a challenge brings a varied day to day.

The people we get to work with are incredible, their expertise and knowledge makes doing our job really interesting and you get to learn new things every day.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to develop, lead and deliver the UK strategy to facilitate overall growth of the B&I (Buildings & Infrastructure) business area.

What will you need to succeed in this role?

Excellent communication skills are essential and ability to work in a fastpaced environment is also key
Demonstrable experience in a senior marketing environment, specifically in developing marketing and communication strategies, ideally within a professional services business
Ability to take a potentially complex and technically orientated service, challenge or product and present it in a meaningful, succinct, and understandable format
Experience of developing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships across a matrix organisation, a true business partner approach
