The Essex office of an established Quantity Surveying Consultancy are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor eager for greater APC support, training, and development.
The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be joining a practice steeped in history with an outstanding reputation for Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Building Surveying.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's Opportunity
The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will work alongside a young and talented team across an array of sectors including residential, heritage, education, and commercial projects.
Additionally, the Assistant Quantity Surveyor will benefit from greater project responsibility, but also the consultancy's outstanding 95% pass rate with the APC.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor
- Driving licence and able to commute around Essex
- Hold a RICS accredited degree
- 12+ months Quantity Surveying experience
- Basic pre and/or post contract knowledge
