Are you looking for a role in Credit Control?


We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated mid-level Credit Controller who is looking for a challenge and wants to join a business in which personal development and progression are aligned with the continued growth and success of the business.


This is an exciting opportunity to use skills already gained in Credit Control and work in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment in which you will be actively encouraged to engage with our clients at all levels.


Main duties will include:


  • Responsible for daily credit control for a number of key clients
  • Ensure that credit risk is understood and controlled, cash collection is maximised and that targets are met
  • Ensure credit control procedures are followed and assist in the further development of the credit control function
  • Production of weekly aged receivables reports for clients within strict deadlines
  • Liaising with teams internally regarding client invoicing queries
  • Assisting with the production of cash flow forecasts
  • Adhoc tasks including additional reporting

We are looking for:


  • A resultsoriented and ambitious Credit Controller with at least 12 years' experience in Credit Control
  • A proven track record managing a ledger of £2M or more and has strong numeracy skills
  • Experience of debt collection escalation process.
  • Someone that takes full accountability and has the tenacity to independently find solutions with a sense of urgency
  • Someone who will thrive in a clientfacing environment with the ability to communicate at all levels with our entrepreneurial clients there is a high amount of client interaction to director level
  • A working knowledge of Xero (preferred but not required) or similar online accounting systems and a willingness to adapt to new software & systems
  • Knowledge of the recruitment industry would be extremely advantageous
