This role is for Recruitment FDs, a sister company of Aristar Financial Consulting.
Recruitment FDs is a network of like-minded industry professionals (Finance Directors and Heads of Finance), who are benefiting from regular online meetings and a growing network of industry-relevant suppliers.
Offering a monthly newsletter, quarterly bench-marking reports, virtual huddles, events and an ever growing supplier directory, it forms the perfect place for Finance Professionals working in recruitment businesses, to keep up to date and build a really useful peer network.
We are looking for:
- A confident, highly motivated, excellent communicator who is able to operate at a senior level and work to drive engagement of this growing business
- Organised and efficient individual
- Excellent event planning skills and a desire to be part of something as it launches into its next phase
Main duties will include:
- Perform check ins with current members to establish baseline information about their current experience of the membership
- Event management liaise with speakers and venues to set up quarterly events. Market these to the members via Pipedrive CRM
- Regular monthly newsletters liaise with supplier contributors to gain industry and time relevant articles for an engaging and informative newsletter
- Virtual Huddles establish relevant groups of members who wish to be involved in regular Virtual Huddles. Diarise these, gain agenda points from the group members and host the huddles.
- Promotion of the Aspiring FDs course to existing and new members.
