Part time Location: Godalming Amateur Swimming Club in Surrey is seeking a new part-time Head Coach who is passionate, enthusiastic, and a team player.

We are a SwimMark-accredited club based at Godalming Leisure Centre with over 175 swimmers, ranging from Swim England Learn to Swim Level 7 up to and including county and regional levels.

We are an inclusive and friendly club with a growing membership in both juniors and masters, a dedicated team of coaches, a forward-thinking committee, and supportive volunteers.

We have recently launched our new squad structure and training plan which has the aim of supporting and developing swimmers to achieve their potential.

We have also opened a new Para Hub, so this is a very exciting opportunity to join us and be part of the next stage of our development

As a club we participate in the Arena League and, jointly with local swimming clubs, we organise three open meets per year.

Personal Qualities :
Liaise with the Personal Trainer who manages Land Training for the club to agree programme

Approximately 8-10 hours per week coaching, all evening sessions plus competition attendance at weekends, coaching team management and administrative hours to support this, which may vary from week to week.
