THE BUSINESS

We are delighted to be working with a local business that has continued to grow at a rapid pace, now recognised as one of the leading names within waste management throughout its sector.

Working closely with a network of suppliers around the UK, they bringone-off and pay-as-you-go waste management solutions to businesses of all sizes and industries.

With extensive experience and knowledge of the UK's waste industry, they understand the importance of providing low cost services with reliability and customer service.

The business is essentially streamlined through digital presence, a key factor in theirsuccess and ease of use for the client base.

THE ROLE

Ensure the product release process is smooth and troubleshoots any issues where necessary
Assisting customers with their orders or with any issue they might be having after they've ordered a certain item
Processing new and existing orders for clients
Generating price increases
Running system reports
Liaising with various departments throughout the company
Maintain account management with existing customer base

THE PERSON

Ambitious selfstart, strong personality, resilient, tenacious, and strong work ethic
This is a heavily focused digital role so being experienced within system usage is a must
Selfmotivated and able to deliver at pace you will be service and outputs driven with a fine eye for commercial detail
Prior ecommerce experience is advantageous but not essential
Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects at a time
