An exciting opportunities has arisen for the Respiratory Medicine department, at Hammersmith Hospital.We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and proactive team player to join our team as an administrator in our department.
The successful applicant will provide administration support to the clinical team(s) within Imperial.The primary function is to work as an administrator for several respiratory consultants and other clinical support staff within the department.
The role involves working with the medical team, the management team, processing clinic letters, managing appointments and fielding queries from patients and members of staff from other departments.
We are looking for a friendly, approachable and highly motivated individual who will perform their role in a calm and professional manner, communicating effectively with patients and hospital staff, dedicated to delivering an excellent experience for the patient, comfortable working in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- To provide effective and efficient clerical and reception support to the sleep centre, helping to ensure the smooth running of the department.
