Communications & Executive Support SpecialistHunter Savage have been exclusively retained to recruit an experienced Communications & Executive Support Specialist for our Client, a leading, global organisation in the County Tyrone area.
This is a unique, permanent Communications Executive role, incorporating some Executive Support duties - supporting both the CEO, Chairman and Board of Directors with a wide range of activities.
The successful Communications & Executive Support Specialist will plan implement and oversee the company's communication strategy and activities as well as take control of diary management, travel and accommodation arrangements and facilitate meetings.
This is a really diverse, fast paced and interesting opportunity providing exposure to an extensive range of tasks and endless learning opportunities.
This pivotal role requires a strong background in communications/marketing/PR coupled with exceptional organisation/PA/Executive Assistant experience.Responsible for planning , implementing and overseeing the company's communication strategy and activities to ensure effective internal communications
Work closely with the CEO to develop and communication the company's strategic plan
Coordinate and monitor the activities and projects that contribute to the achievement of the frameworks
Support the CEO in scheduling – travel, meetings, speaking engagements etc
Compile travel claims for Senior Board Members
Experience supporting at Executive/Board level
Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a relevant, commercial communications/marketing/PR role
Experience planning, implementing and overseeing communication plans
Expert content writer
Knowledge of MS Office
Driving license
Willing to travel when required
