We are looking for a Software Developer with full stack proficiency to complement our team of experienced professionals based at our office in Slough, Berks.

Software Developer - (Senior Back-End)

**How do we envisage that you could prosper in this role?
In addition to the key technical skills, we anticipate that the archetypal qualities possessed by our Software Developer will include:

The key responsibilities of our Software Developer will include:

  • Testing and debugging various development code, improving it on a daily basis
  • Managing internal requirements
  • Making basic content edits to Sitecore
  • Any other requirements as reasonably requested

Our Software Developer will have:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a developer role, with demonstrable customer service experience and a relevant degree
  • Technical competence in Enterprise Java, C# JavaScript; Objective-C/Swift. A background in Java, SQL/Databases, Spring/Hibernate invaluable
  • Knowledge of containers such as Kubenetes and Docker is useful
  • AI experience an advantage but not mandatory
  • Experience of working with RESTful APIs (backend and frontend) beneficial
  • Cognizance with using version control systems e.g. Subversion or GIT
  • Commercial industry experience with a good understanding of OOAD
  • Scrum experience; Agile knowledge an advantage
Finally - the position is full time and based in Slough (remote working is available)
