£15,052.40, per annum. (£12.44 per hour) Working hours are:

20 hours per week, 52 weeks per year & 5 additional hours per week, during the term time of 34 weeks per year. This role is Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm.

Felsted School is looking for a Domestic Assistant Team Leader to support our Domestic Services team at our Senior School. The successful candidate will supervise the day-to-day organisation of the Domestic Assistants (in conjunction with Matron), as well as assist the Domestic Services team in ensuring that all areas of the School are kept clean, tidy and maintained to a high standard.

As a Team Leader, the post holder will be the team's first point of contact for any work-related queries, ensuring all keys and chemicals are locked away and accounted for at the end of the shift, supporting the Domestic Office and House Matron with any domestic requests and managing day-to-day general people management, escalating issues to the Matron and/or Domestic Services Manager where necessary.
