Our client is a growing Modular Company who are recruiting an exciting new position of VAPS and Reusable Material Co-ordinator based at our manufacturing centre at Brandesburton.

This is a new role and would be reporting to our operations manager.

Purpose

To be responsible for the development of the VAPS offering to support our clients and the modular rental business to maintain our ongoing sustainable and profitable business.


Experience, Qualifications & Training:

  • An excellent communicator
  • A relationship builder
  • PC literate with experience of the Microsoft Suite of Packages.

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Be an energetic and driven solution provider do develop and deliver additional products and services to meet clients' requirements.
  • Develop key relationships with our current Supplier base and develop/ increase the longterm vision for our supply chain to include service and support to bolster our profitable Rental business.
  • Change to "Ensure VAPS offered are appropriate in terms of client requirements and margin opportunity"
  • Help, support, and communicate with other sales team members and wider team to ensure best practice is observed to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all materials and assets are processed on return, cleaned, serviced and stored correctly and safely ready for reuse.
  • Full responsibility for the selection of Ancillary fleet assets and communication to the Hire Fleet Logistics Manager to ensure tight control and accurate fleet records
  • Plan and arrange the necessary labour to expedite the swift readiness of products for reuse
  • Ensure reconciliation and full check of assets returning from projects and confirmation
  • Establish new project demand and select stock products/ Assets in line with the requirement to fulfil the order. If insufficient stock fill in and carryout the necessary capex requisition and order request.
  • Responsibility for the accurate stock take of ancillary assets as and when required by the Fleet Logistics Manager
  • Full dilapidation report carried out on return of all ancillaries for upstream reporting and cost collection
  • Identify and recommend products and services to add to the VAPS offering based on client feedback and market research
  • Liaise closely with production regarding 2nd hand material and asset to be saved and re used.
  • Carryout monthly reports on preset KPI's and progress on targets.
  • Ensure you comply with all health & safety requirements
  • Ensure you always comply with company systems and procedures.
