Job Description:
We are seeking a fully qualified Teacher or Cover Supervisor to join our team.
As a Teacher or Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students.
You will work closely with teachers to provide additional support and resources to students, both in and out of the classroom.
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students
Support teachers in planning and preparing lessons
Provide individualized support to students, adapting to their needs and abilities
Cover classes as needed, ensuring continuity of learning
Participate in whole-school initiatives and events
Requirements:
Fully qualified Teacher (QTS) or Cover Supervisor with experience in an educational setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Planning and preparation skills an advantage but not essential
