This is a great opportunity for a Content Executive to join a social media and digital business that operates and works with some of the UK and Brazil's most prominent social media sports brands and personalities.

They have an audience of over 5,000,000 passionate sports fans across a range of social platforms and websites that are rapidly growing.


This is an organisation that has seen continuous growth every year since 2014, with no plan on slowing down, especially in 2023.

It's a great opportunity to join an established team of marketing professionals, SEO specialists, developers, social media experts, product managers and designers with fantastic progression on offer.

In fact, most of their leaders progressed through the business.


The Role:


This role is perfect for a content-focused Digital Marketer to contribute to the business' American content and have the opportunity to work in the colossal US market, gaining invaluable experience.


With a portfolio of highly successful brands in the UK and Brazil, the business aims to replicate this success in the US with its new brand, set to launch its Instagram page and website next year.

This is an exciting position for someone keen on American sports and seeking a varied content role.


Responsibilities:

In this role, you will work on a rapidly growing brand in the sports betting scene in the US, and the role will look a little like this:

  • Collaborate with design and development to ensure improvements across the website, landing pages, and newsletters.
  • Assist in testing and audience segmentation to enhance metrics of success (Open Rates, CTR, time on site, bounce rates).
  • Analyze performance of newsletters and website content.
  • Assist in managing contributor workflows (briefing, quality control, invoicing).
  • Proofread and edit contributions where necessary to fit the brand's style, tone, and objective.

Requirements:


  • Circa 12 years of relevant commercial experience.
  • Exposure to the wider marketing mix, with agency experience considered a bonus.
  • Copywriting experience within sports betting is a plus, or a strong personal interest in the field.
  • Deep interest in one or multiple American sports (NFL/NBA/NHL/MLB/College Football/College Basketball). Ideally, a strong understanding of US culture as it relates to sport.
  • Capable of working independently, generating creative ideas, and taking initiative to contribute effectively.
  • A growth mindset, continuously seeking opportunities for personal and professional development.
  • Research proficiency.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team player.
