- Based Locally to Surrey (2-3 days in office, rest WFH but need site visits)
- Have 3+ years experience within a compliance background and have worked ideally in a Local Authority or Housing Association setting previously.
Responsibilities include:- Management of Asbestos work and lead the programme.
- Work daily on specifying contracts, lifts and legionella.
- Managing contractors and have a good knowledge of all aspects of compliance.
