What we're looking for
A first point of contact who works on the front line with both office-based customers and ship-based end users. Responsible for ensuring all order and outfit queries are resolved in a timely and accurate manner for their customers.

You will be the main contact point for customers general queries and manage the order management lifecycle end to end, within their customer service level agreements.

The role

  • Responsibility for daytoday order and outfit management processes and queries
  • Supports the annual renewals process
  • Maintain accuracy of New Edition subscriptions and vessel outfits
  • Provision of cover for peers during absence
  • Liaise with and assist the Finance team to resolve any account/debt issues
  • Process Emergency digital or paper orders for peers in other time zones
