Description

Duties:

  • Assist the driver in navigating and following designated routes for deliveries
  • Load and unload goods from the vehicle
  • Ensure that all items are properly secured and organized within the vehicle
  • Assist in the inspection of goods for any damages or discrepancies
  • Communicate effectively with the driver and provide assistance as needed
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working in a warehouse or delivery setting

Qualifications:


  • Experience working in a warehouse or delivery environment is a plus
  • Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items throughout the day
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team It is primarily a support role to assist the driver in their daily tasks.
The hourly rate includes an uplift in basic rate to include holiday pay

Hours of work are 8 to 5 Monday to Friday. There may be a requirement to be DBS Checked for this position.

Contract length: 3 months

£11.68 per hour
