Bhayani Recruitment is working on behalf of one of our technology clients in search of an Office Administrator to join their growing team.


Summary of role


This role covers both office administration and financial administration, your primary focus will be on the visitor experience, ensuring guests are welcomed, offered refreshments and are excited to be here.

There are also responsibilities like organising meetings, scheduling lunches, and sorting out travel, plus the Health and Safety including managing maintenance and cleaning contracts and ensuring the offices are fully stocked and records are kept up to date.

This is a people-facing role and is based in their Sheffield city centre office where you will be the host, the person everyone knows and the one they come to when they want to get stuff done.


What will you be doing?


Our client is looking for an Office Administrator, this is a dynamic role, with responsibilities ranging from creating an awesome visitor experience in the front office to accurate financial administration in the back office.


They are on the lookout for someone who is super organised with the ability to prioritise and keep an eye on multiple tasks.


You are probably in an administrative or reception role, looking for more variety and you will be an excellent communicator with a vibrant personality and a keen eye for detail.

  • Competent using the Microsoft suite, particularly Excel
