Bhayani Recruitment is working in partnership with a residential care provider based in Leeds to recruit a HR & Recruitment Officer to join their HR department.

Summary of role

What will you be doing?

Completing the full cycle of Recruitment.
Liaising with the HR Manager & Operations Director regarding Job adverts/potential positions and placing adverts.
Communicate with manager to start the DBS process for new starters and ensure to review the DBS status.
Ensure payroll have the correct information in order to process monthly payroll from recruitment to termination.
Supporting the HR Manager with low risk HR queries and Admin.

Requirements:

CIPD Level 5 qualified (Desirable)
Experience working in a generalist internal HR or recruitment role
Knowledge of UK employment law & HR procedures
Knowledge of care sector (Desirable)
Adaptable/flexible/positive/proactive
