Based in Basingstoke

REED Business Support are actively recruiting on behalf of an established organisation for a permanent Recruitment Administrator.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a background in recruitment and administration.

As a Recruitment Administrator your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure all relevant paperwork is fully completed
  • Draft adverts and job descriptions, place adverts internally and externally with agencies and onto job boards as advised by the HR team
  • Ensure all communication and adverts are consistent in professional look and feel
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies as required
  • Proactively drive the selection process forward
  • Provide the hiring managers in a timely manner with appropriate interview documents
  • Draft offer paperwork for sign off by the HR Team
  • Support the HR Team in setting up new starters onto the HR system, arranging inductions and associated new starter activities
  • Track and review recruitment KPIs
  • Identify and utilise suitable attraction methods to support recruitment for existing and future campaigns
  • Ensure the HR Database accurately reflects current staff conditions and details
  • Carry out general administration tasks for the HR Department
  • Liaise with employees and trainers to organise courses and distribute course information
  • Ensure training records are maintained
  • Carry out any administration concerning employees' benefits
