RSVP Resourcing is delighted to be supporting this highly reputable training company with their recruitment of a Finance and Administration Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the credit control process, ensuring that all customer accounts are up to date and payments are received in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and send invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Record and maintain accurate and uptodate financial information using Sage.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any billing or payment issues.
  • Process customer payments and reconcile customer accounts.
  • Maintain a system for tracking and following up on outstanding payments.
  • Assist with general administration tasks, such as filing and data entry.

Qualifications:


  • At least 2 years of experience in credit control and invoicing.
  • Strong knowledge of Sage or other accounting software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with general office administration and data entry.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
