RSVP Resourcing is delighted to be supporting this UK-wide company, a market leader in the Life and Pension section, providing administration services to many of the best-known financial services companies in the UK.
including Customer Services, IT and Change Management to major life and pensions insurers.

By joining you will commence your career within Customer Service as this is initially an Apprenticeship role where you learn as you earn, gaining an industry-recognised qualification as well as being mentored and gaining hands-on work experience as and continuous training and development.
The role:
- Answering calls directly from policy holders or third parties, dealing with queries on their policy.
- Administering changes on policies and submitting work requests to the backoffice team, to ensure that customers are fully informed and necessary documents are sent.
- Identifying, logging, and resolving complaints from policy holders or third parties.
- Keeping up to date with process changes, system updates and communications.
The person:
- Passion for customer service
- Looking to commence a career and gain an Apprenticeship in Customer Service
- Empathy and patience.
- Good, clear communication.
- Active listener with problemsolving skills.
- Professionalism and good team working.
- Desire to learn.
- Excellent IT skills including excel, word etc
- Min Nat 5 Maths and English
- Ideally have had previous experience within a customer service role
