    Description
    We are seeking an Operations Associate to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring smooth operations within the office environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Analysing and supporting multiple client government's visa application and related processes
    • Identify and deploy quick implementation improvement initiatives in various processes under scope of VFS operations
    • Support change management and testing of various new products/services/IT tools through:
    • Monitor and analyse operational metrics of assigned visa application centres and identify scope of improvement to achieve the targets, some of metrics to be monitored but not limited to:
    • Ensure contractual and internal compliances for assigned client governments in the assigned visa application center as per the client government mandated SOW. In course of time, become a custodian and expert on every assigned concerned process under SOW
    • Ensure infrastructure readiness of the visa application center in coordination with admin team, IT team and security team for excellent customer experience at VFS Global visa application center
    • Coordinate and prepare for client meetings and center visits by embassy officials

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate in business studies/operations management or related fields
    • Additional: Master's degree in business studies/operations management and related fields;
    • Lean six sigma yellow/green belt
    *Experience:

    Minimum:

    • Relevant experience in operations management in related industry (0-3 years)
    • Project experience with quantifiable cost savings or revenue generation activities

    Preferred:

    • Demonstrable extracurricular activities during academic years
    • Successful completion of improvement projects from define stage to control stage with tangible benefits
    • Exposure to client audits, process audits, internal audits (added advantage of being associated with service excellence/ quality function in earlier organisation)
    *Knowledge and Key Skills:
    • MS office - Excel, word, power point
    • Analytical skills
    • Data analysis
    • Communication skills - written, verbal and presentation
    • Documentation
    • Process mapping and improvement

    £34,500.00 per year
