Improvement and Transformation Team Assistant

£11.00- £11.50 paye inclusive of holiday pay per hour

All of the rates are depending on skill and experience


Working Days and Hours:37.5 hours, 5 days a week - Mon to Fri


Remote working option:
Hybrid option available


Duties

  • Arrange meetings, book venues and refreshments and set up any rooms/equipment required.
  • Coordinate diaries when arranging meetings to ensure all essential colleagues can attend and diaries remain realistic and manageable for team colleagues.
  • Provide typing and word processing service, producing correspondence, reports and other documents as required.
  • Collate information packs/ papers for meetings/events, ensuring timely distribution and any followup of actions.
  • Maintain the team's electronic filing system to ensure that files and folders contain the latest documentation and old programmes and projects are archived.
  • Maintain the register, templates and maintain version control with assistance from senior colleagues.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Experience of administrative work.
  • Experience in planning and organising meetings.
  • Experience of coping well when under pressure from competing priorities and unpredictable requests.
  • Good verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organisational and administrative skills
  • Able to prioritise, work well under pressure and to meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to use initiative when problem solving
  • Ability to maintain tact and diplomacy and maintain confidence.
  • Able to work with a high degree of flexibility.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident nature with a proactive and constructive approach
  • Intermediate IT skills to include knowledge of Microsoft packages for example, Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn new skills as required.
