Responsibilities in the role include assisting in the underwriting in accordance with the department manager's instructions in respect of premiums, terms and conditions which are set in order to secure the planned underwriting profits in accordance with the Department's agreed Business Plans.

They will establish and develop business relationships with the Departments intermediaries, agents and business partners in order to secure business portfolios for the Departments that meet with the Business Plans and which are effectively handled to reduce the risk of mal-administration in the distribution process.

They will accurately record all insurance business within Tokio Marine Kiln's systems so that risks can be properly monitored and reviewed by the Department and that data required for all external and internal reporting requirements is accurately captured and in accordance with relevant time limits.

Also take on general administrative task such as data entry and retrieval including report set-up and analysis. Departmental administration. Maintaining the underwriting and office filing system. Scanning and photocopying. Other Ad hoc tasks as required.
