The role will be a temp to permanent position
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
The role will involve, but not be limited to:
- Call handling
- Issue RAMS and compliance certification to clients
- Compilation of handover / O&M project folders
- Creating and maintaining store maps
- General administration duties to support management team
- Proactive approach to management of workload
- Effective communication with internal and external customers
Person Specification
- Selfmotivated personality energy, drive and enthusiasm
- Clear communicator with good telephone manner with colleagues and customers
- Ability to work in a team and on own initiative
- Ability to follow process with strong attention to detail
- Be respectful to others customers, colleagues, managers, directors
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with a structured approach

- Excellent salary between £21,000 £22,000
