Reed is on the lookout for a fluent Welsh speaking Marketing Communications Executive for one of our clients. We are looking for someone with experience in PR and communications management. Someone that is creative and loves everything about social media.

The job

  • Actively raise the organisations profile
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to develop and deliver an internal communications strategy
  • Write and distribute news stories and press releases which
  • Ensure a 'Welsh first' approach, ensuring that all outputs are delivered in Welsh & English
  • Support the team with any PR and communications management
  • Handle all press and media enquiries and requests
  • Act as the guardian of the brand, ensuring brand compliance across digital, print, ecomms, social media, and all advertising.
The person specification

  • A strong level of Welsh language proficiency (verbal and written)
  • Minimum two years' experience in a PR / Communications role
  • Experience of managing media requests and writing an issuing
press releases

  • Experience of writing for different audiences and purposes
  • Excellent proofreading, copywriting and editing skills
