Description
We currently have an exciting remote opportunity for a experienced Outbound Sales Advisor to join our well-established client.

Working for a FCA regulated business you will support in the Sales team with providing a high standard of customer service in-linewith the company visions and values.

As a Outbound Sales Advisor you will be offered the basic salary of £21,640 per annum alongside a commission structure, will work Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm and one in three Saturdays from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm.

Asan experienced Outbound Sales Advisor you will demonstrate clear passion and drive to convert sales and provide a first class service.


Responsibilities for this Outbound Sales Advisor will include:

  • Making outbound calls to sell business services to prospective customers who have generated quotes from third parties or the company website
  • Making outbound calls to arrange renewals for existing customers
  • Addressing any customer queries or concerns that arise throughout sales or renewals calls
  • Follow sales and renewals processes through to completion, making sure card payment details and Direct Debits are completed accurately
  • Follow all compliance and quality standards, including FCA regulations and GDPR

Experience for this Outbound Sales Advisor role:

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with an ability to build rapport quickly with customers and colleagues
  • Previous Outbound Sales experience
  • Previous experience working with FCA regulations
  • Logical thinking and an aptitude for problem solving
  • Strong prioritisation skills, focused on meeting targets
  • Ability to be part of a team, working in collaboration with your colleagues
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
