IT Account Manager Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients
- Understand clients' needs and work with internal teams to deliver solutions
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular checkins and followup
- Monitor and report on account performance
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve customer issues

- Strong understanding of IT systems and technologies
