We're looking for an
Assistant Partnerships Manager to join the Partnerships team in London.


Here's what you'll be doing:

- support the business development and relationship management activities across all existing and prospective partners
- building and maintaining appropriate relationships with our distribution partners. As well as practicing best-in-class relationship management to support us in achieving our commercial targets
- support negotiations with new and existing partners by preparing meeting packs, pitches, proposals, and other sales materials as necessary.
- build and maintain internal relationships to support the delivery of partner development initiatives and aid effective problem solving
- manage allocated projects liaising with both internal and external partners


We're looking for someone who is:

  • highly organised and able to work on multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
- can build strong and collaborative relationships within other areas of the business
- experienced working in a commercial partnerships/sales environment, ideally within an insurance or other financial services business
- good with the understanding and management of data and management information reporting, and knows how this can contribute to maximising account performance
- confident in approaching businesses to initiate a prospective partnership
- able to work closely with partnership managers on the development of the accounts, identifying issues and opportunities
- able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and enjoy developing internal and external relationships
- great with written communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- a true team player
