Scale:
Grade 3, Points 4-6 (£21,189-£21,968 FTE), with a pro rata starting salary of £12,865

A part-time opportunity has arisen for an experienced person to support the work of the Student Services Office, in particular providing support for all school events, general administration, assisting students and working with other administrative and technical staff.

  • The ability to remain calm and helpful under pressure, dealing skilfully with unanticipated situations and ensuring a professional response at all times;
  • The ability to provide a highlevel administrative service ensuring confidentiality, accuracy and timely responses;
  • Well organised and professional with a flexible and positive approach to all aspects and areas of your work, ensuring deadlines are met;
  • The ability to work well within a team, yet able to work unsupervised utilising your own initiative to prioritise tasks;
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills, at least equivalent to RQF Level 2, with excellent IT skills experience of using Microsoft packages, mailmerge and SIMS would be ideal;
  • Supportive of the school's excellent staff attendance and punctuality record;
