All NI Hospice Sites, Based in Somerton House (Belfast) / Horizon House (Newtownabbey)

Hours:

37.5 per week

Contract:

Full-time (permanent)

Role:

The post holder will operate within the Estates team of NI Hospice and provide support on all Estates related matters within all NI Hospice buildings.

Basic maintenance tasks such as, daily maintenance checks on equipment, taking readings, water flushing & record keeping, minor repairs etc are all core elements of the post holder's responsibilities.

Assisting other maintenance team members, the sub-contractor chain and self-delivery of maintenance tasks are key requirements of the role.

Duties such as grounds maintenance, post deliveries and driving will also form part of the role.

General duties will be required for all departments within the NI Hospice to assist with non-core activities on a daily basis.

_Availability for being on call as part of a rota is a requirement of this role. _
