Our client, a hugely successful multi-discipline business based in Surrey are looking to recruit a Compliance Manager to be based out of their UK Head Office, easily accessible from London and Surrey / Sussex borders.


You will have gained extensive experience or working within a Compliance or Regulatory environment, probably in either the financial services sector or in a large law / chartered accountancy firm.

Supporting the Director of Compliance, you will ensure thatyour team are resourceful and take a positive approach towards regulatory and compliance issues that could affect the business.


Typical duties will include:

  • Overseeing and ensuring accuracy and adherence to the companies annual returns
  • Assist in designing and delivering training on all matters in relation to Anti-Money Laundering, Criminal Finances Act and the Bribery Act
  • Responsible for managing queries that crop up in relation to terms and conditions for the business
  • Acting as a Business Partner across the organization

We are looking for the following attributes:

  • Extensive Regulatory and Compliance background
  • Good working knowledge of AML, Criminal Finance Act and the Bribery Act
  • Advanced Excel and accountancy system skills
  • Influential team leadership ability
