    HEAD OF FRAUDUP TO £110,000REMOTE (travel to UK-based and international offices required, offices based in London, Dublin, Leeds, and Malta)This role does not offer sponsorship.

    This is an exciting new opportunity to lead the company's Fraud Strategy, Fraud Operations and Payments Operations teams across gambling brands.

    You will be driving forward strategy for the business.

    THE ROLEYou will be doing the following daily:
    Lead and supervise the Fraud function, overseeing operations in all offices.
    Define the strategic direction and vision for the Fraud function, ensuring alignment with departmental and organisational objectives.
    Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
    Cultivate a culture of excellence in customer experience while maintaining a robust focus on operational efficiency and risk management.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Compliance, and Risk Management, to enhance due diligence processes and effectively mitigate risks.
    Provide innovative insights and guidance on emerging trends and technologies in Fraud, integrating cutting-edge solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
    Manage budget planning and resource allocation for the department, optimising productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
    Represent the department in external forums, industry conferences, and regulatory meetings, fostering positive relationships and advocating for best practices.
    Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the department, promoting professional development opportunities and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
    Monitor and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate departmental performance and identify areas for enhancement.
    Stay informed about industry trends and changes, ensuring proactive adaptation to the evolving landscape.

    Act as a mentor and coach to departmental staff, nurturing a collaborative and supportive work environment conducive to individual and team success.

    YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEPrevious experience managing people and operations ideally across multiple sites.
    Extensive experience in a risk-based operational leadership role.
    Experience in Fraud operations, strategy or payment operations.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements within the industry.
    Previous experience working within the betting/gambling industry.
