We are recruiting a Recruitment and Resourcing Specialist to join our HR Team in this newly created role to support organisations' transition in their recruitment strategies and practice.


About the role


In addition to your recruitment duties, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that we maintain a positive image as an organisation where employees feel valued and motivated to stay.

If you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for building and maintaining relationships, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and inclusive work

**Key objectives

Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics, diversity including time-to-fill, quality of recruitment, and cost-per-hire to identify areas of improvement for the recruitment strategies and process.

About you

You will have:

  • Indepth knowledge and understanding of the recruitment process and industry trends
  • Strong problemsolving skills to identify and address recruitment challenges and obstacles
  • Strong ability to source, attract, and engage top talent through various channels, such as job boards, social media, job fairs and open days
