Title:
Sales Advisor - Full Time, Permanent


Salary:
£24k-£26k Per Annum (DOE)


Duties:


  • Processing of their customer orders with data entry and contract review
  • Monitoring the status of customer orders and notifying them of any changes
  • Assisting in maintaining an accurate CRM package
  • Following up of customer quotations sent to maximise order conversion
  • Providing support for the external sales team with new and ongoing projects
  • Building core customer relationships, core customer account responsibility and customer project knowledge
  • Managing order coverage, buffer stocks and business reviews
  • Work flexibly as directed by management (participation in stock checks, exhibitions & customer visits)

Requirements:


  • Must have two years' experience of working within a sales office environment
  • Experience in of working with an MRP/ERP system within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience of using a Customer Relationship Management or equivalent database/system
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, problem solving techniques, basic telephone selling,
  • Ability to work both on your own and/or part of a team
  • High attention to detail
