They are looking for a Account Executive who has brilliant judgement, with an exceptional attention to detail who delivers excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and managing all customer requirements effectively.
Produce quotations which meet client requirements, with clear product information
Ensure CRM is kept up to date with accurate client records
Identify complaints and ensure effectively managed by the right department
Deal with all queries in a timely manner in line with set SLA's
Understand the businesses full product range
Understand the legal principles or insurance and insurance contracts including the organisations obligations to insurers

Required experience

Competent in all windows programmes, not limited to word, excel and outlook
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work alone or as part of a team
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Must have 2 years minimum experience working with a broking or underwriting environment
Cert CII qualification is preferred
Educated to GCSE level
