They are looking for a Account Executive who has brilliant judgement, with an exceptional attention to detail who delivers excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and managing all customer requirements effectively.
  • Produce quotations which meet client requirements, with clear product information
  • Ensure CRM is kept up to date with accurate client records
  • Identify complaints and ensure effectively managed by the right department
  • Deal with all queries in a timely manner in line with set SLA's
  • Understand the businesses full product range
  • Understand the legal principles or insurance and insurance contracts including the organisations obligations to insurers
Required experience

  • Competent in all windows programmes, not limited to word, excel and outlook
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Must have 2 years minimum experience working with a broking or underwriting environment
  • Cert CII qualification is preferred
  • Educated to GCSE level
