We are currently seeking to recruit experienced Bar Servers to join our team

Hotel Colessio managed by the Focus Hotels Management Group is a 39-bedroom boutique hotel situated in a beautiful Victorian landmark which has been magnificently been transformed into a contemporary boutique hotel located within the idyllic Scottish town of Stirling with its unique character perfect for every kind of event, celebration or simply an escape from everyday life.

Role Responsibilities

This is a hands-on role where a large proportion of the day will be spent talking, serving and delighting our guests.

You will manage the day-to-day running of the bar and lounge area, taking responsibility for all functions in the property ensuring our customers are receiving service that exceeds their expectations and that brand standards and processes are followed.

You will be heavily involved in colleague development and playing an active part in the promotion of the hotel by ensuring standards are not only met but exceeded.
