In the heart of the City Centre, Hotel Indigo Exeter has been lovingly restored and converted from its department store origins.

The hotel was once the home of Colson's, a department store which opened in 1792 by local miller Mrs Colson.

The hotel staying true to its roots now boasts 104 stylish bedrooms designed to honour elements of its historic past.

Fully equipped with luxury amenities, Egyptian cotton linens, spa inspired bathrooms, 40" flat screen TV's this is the perfect place to stay and explore the sights and sounds of the city.

Role Responsibilities
Greet and check-in guests efficiently.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints.
Monitor security cameras and alarm systems.
Process payments and maintain accurate records.
Provide excellent customer service.
Communicate effectively with staff.
Report maintenance issues.
Respond to emergencies.
Perform night audit procedures.
Support team members as needed.

Key Requirements
Prior experience in a management role.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Flexibility to work overnight hours.
