We are recruiting for a Project Manager to work as part of a NPD Delivery team. The team plays a lead role in delivering an ambitious NPD growth plan.

The aim of the team is to deliver with pace and energy, continually seeking ways in which the team andwider business can deliver better results.

This role requires an established, strong proactive project manager to lead simultaneously a range of different NPD projects across several international markets.

As our client's NPD PM, you will work in partnership with a wider team, supply chain and International Marketing teams, using your ability to build relationships, head into challenges, find solutions and influence, to ensure projects move forward and otherstake clear accountability for their responsibilities.

Key accountabilities include:

Deliver NPD projects on time in full in a way that is positive and progressive
Responsible for initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project
Effective and clear communication to all stakeholders in a timely fashion
Influence, manage, brief and lead people,
Continual focus on process improvement opportunities and proactively share learnings on projects
Active participation in cross functional projects where required
Driving ownership, accountability, growth and improvements in project delivery
