Mail Room Operators
- Hand matching personalised items together, collating and keeping them in the correct order
- Operating our state of the art mailing equipment
- Production of mass mailings
- Work in line with the production schedule and hitting daily targets
- Ensuring post is referenced and sorted to the correct processes and procedures
- Prepare all post and collection of mail
- Assisting the digital team
- A keen eye for detail to ensure accurate sorting and bagging
Requirements:
- Able to produce accurate, final products to the highest standards
- Committed to a culture of quality
- Able to work at ease under instruction and independently in a fast paced, teamfocused working environment
- Recognises the importance of teamwork
- Is prepared to be flexible to meet the demands of the business
- Comfortable working on your own initiative
- The ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
- Able to follow instructions on job sheets
- Good numerical and organisational skills
- Flexibility to work additional hours when required
